These terms apply to orders placed through the Vaibhav Agencies website and WhatsApp checkout flow.
Product Information
Prices, stock, product images, and descriptions are shown for customer convenience and may be updated based on availability.
Order Confirmation
An order is treated as confirmed after customer details and item availability are verified by the store.
Payments
Payment mode, pending amount, and delivery status can be confirmed with the store during order processing.
Changes
Vaibhav Agencies may update these terms as the business process, catalog, or delivery policy changes.
Customer Accounts
Customers can sign in with Google or a configured phone verification method. Guest checkout may be available. The store may suspend or block an account to prevent misuse, and customers are responsible for keeping their sign-in details secure.
Order Records
Saved orders use the server price and stock available when the order is accepted. Repeated submission of the same request does not create an additional order.
