How We Use Information
Customer details are used to send and verify a one-time password (OTP), secure the account, confirm orders, prepare delivery, contact customers about order status, and maintain order history.
Data Sharing
Order details may be shared only with store staff, delivery partners, or WhatsApp when the customer chooses WhatsApp order confirmation.
Customer Requests
Customers can update their profile and verified mobile number. They may ask the store to block the account, sign out all devices, or anonymize personal account data. Anonymized order records may be retained for accounting and business obligations.
Account Security
Login sessions are stored using secure cookies and server-side token hashes. OTP provider references and audit events are retained for security, but plaintext OTP values are not stored by the website.
